Entry-Level Pressure Washing Technician
Join our exterior cleaning crew and learn professional pressure washing and soft washing on residential and commercial properties across Northwest Florida. Experience preferred but not required — we train.

About the Position
Emerald Coast Power Wash is seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our exterior cleaning team.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with physically demanding work, and wants to learn professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning techniques.
Previous industry experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects.
- Operate pressure washing equipment after proper training.
- Assist with soft washing and other exterior cleaning operations.
- Clean sidewalks, driveways, concrete, building exteriors, and other appropriate surfaces.
- Set up, operate, organize, and maintain hoses and equipment.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing equipment.
- Help maintain company trucks and trailers.
- Follow appropriate chemical handling and safety procedures.
- Protect customer property, landscaping, and surrounding areas.
- Maintain clean, professional job sites.
- Work efficiently with other team members.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability and willingness to safely operate company trucks and tow equipment trailers when assigned and appropriately trained.
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 pounds comfortably, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to safely climb and work from ladders when required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in Florida's heat and humidity.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Availability for occasional night and weekend projects.
Scheduling
Work hours fluctuate based on project schedules, weather conditions, and workload. This position does not guarantee 40 hours per week. Some jobs require nighttime or weekend availability.
Compensation & Advancement
Starting pay is $18 per hour. Pay increases may be awarded based on reliability, initiative, motivation, skill development, performance, and length of employment. All raises are at management's discretion and are not guaranteed. No employer-provided benefits are currently offered.
